Abstract

The main objective of this work is to study the financing of the Financial System for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The study is based on the information available in the Central Debtors of the Financial System (CDSF). This Central fulfills the function of a Credit Office: it provides information to banks and other financial institutions about the situation of debtors in the financial system, and thus contributes to giving more transparency to credit information and thus improving the quality. in the allocation of credit by financial entities. It also constitutes a strong incentive for compliance with the commitments assumed by debtors.
